Sensitron products repair

We provide a repair service for products under warranty and out of warranty. Here are the steps for shipping your instrument:

Material purchased directly from Sensitron

1. Ask for RMA number

Fill the form and send it to RMA@sensitron.it

2. Wait for the RMA number

Our office will reply to you with an e-mail containing the RMA number. Please print out the e-mail and attach it to the shipment.

3. Send instrument

Send the instrument by enclosing the e-mail you received and the completed form. Indicate the RMA number on the DDT and send to the address:
Sensitron S.P.A. – Via della Repubblica , 48 – 20007 CORNAREDO (MI) – ITALY

4. Wait for the report

Please wait for our technician’s report to prepare a quote:
warranty, out-of-warranty, with or without charge.

5. Repair

Tell us how to proceed with the repair, approving the report, or the return of the material.

6. Reshipment

We ship the instrument according to our Terms & Conditions.
